Client Service Administrator – Cape Town

Our client is looking for Client Service Administrators to join their team.  You would be responsible for answering incoming calls, provide telephonic assistance to client queries, return calls, follow up on requests, update client information, translate written correspondence to English.

Must have:

Grade 12

ITC Clear and Criminal clear

Min. 1 year inbound contact centre experience

Must be able to speak, read and write:  English, Venda, Tsonga (in addition Shangaan would be considered highly advantageous)

Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet and email and general computer knowledge
