HRD Generalist – Cape Town

Our client is seeking an HRD Generalist to join their team.  You will be responsible for:  Creation of training material (across all levels) as well as facilitation and implementation thereof, Generalist HR support, Staff development, Projects, Mentoring, Coaching of staff at all level, Facilitating 360 degree feedback, Contribute to change management interventions, Contribute to strategic retentions strategies, Delivery of some training initiatives and liaison with outside vendors and central HR, Team development initiatives

Must have:

Relevant tertiary qualification

5 plus years experience in an OD/Coaching/Training/HR Generalist context

Well versed with regards to key HR principles and processes including individual and team diagnostic tools

Solid experience demonstrated in the area of training and development

Report writing, presentation and facilitation skills

Computer literate
